26/11 Hero Suffers After Losing His Buddy

26/11, An unforgetful day that terrorised the whole of Mumbai, Four brave dogs named Max, Sultan, Tiger and Caesar helped the Mumbai force detect bombs during the attack.
After retirement, Fizzah Shah, an animal activist gave them a home at Fizzah Farms in Vihar.

Max, the sniffer-dog, passed away at the farm on the 8th of April’16 due to an ailment.

Sultan, 11, passed away due to a kidney ailment on the 18th of June’16.

Tiger, 12, A black labrador suffered from a lung infection and was being treated for the same. He passed away on the 23rd of June’16.

All the dogs were given a dignified burial.
The dogs worked for the Goregaon unit of the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS).

Caesar, 11, who is the last survivor of the 26/11 has been hospitalised because of depression.

“After Sultan went away, Tiger got very depressed. When Max went away, these three used to roam around his grave. Caesar is also not keeping well these days. When Tiger died, Caesar just sat down and he was not ready to get up,” said Fizzah.

She also said Caesar refused to get up and walk on Saturday and had not been keeping well. His fever ran up to 105 degrees.
Fortunately, his fever fell on Monday after giving his medication and rest.

Losing his buddies has not been easy on Caesar, we hope for him to recover and prosper. #PrayForCaesar.
